This is a lovely vintage wreath designed brooch featuring Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.
The pearls measure 4.75-5.25mm and are lustrous. They are slightly baroque and have pink overtones. They are set into a wreath design made of leaves.
It is gold filled and is stamped "1/20 KT GF PERLE". It is not solid gold or precious metal. From the 1950's-1980's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
