Shipping & Returns

Enjoy free express shipping on all items within the United States. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Handling is 1-2 days and shipping times are 2-3 days. Any other services are extra. International shipments are additional and any applicable duties and taxes are not included.

Returns are accepted for a full refund within (30) days of delivery. Items must be in unworn and original condition. Please Contact Us to start a return.

What do you charge for shipping?

We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders. We use USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 2-3 days to arrive anywhere in the United State. Please allow slightly longer for Alaska, Hawai’i Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship internationally via our eBay store where we are a member of the Global Shipping Program. In the Global Shipping Program, eBay manages customs forms and forwards all packages from their hub in Illinois. Most countries are available except a select list of sanctioned and high risk locations.

Can you provide other shipping options?

Yes, please Contact Us before purchase if you need a different or more expedited service.

Do you require a signature upon delivery?

We only require a signature on orders over $500. If you would like a signature a smaller orders please contact us before purchase and we would be happy to add it on at no additional cost.

Returns

Do you offer returns?

Yes, we offer (30 day) returns on all items. Please Contact Us and we will be happy to help. All items will need to be received back and in original unworn condition in order to receive a refund. No restocking charges are applied. 

This is a gift. Can you offer an extended return window?

If you would like a longer return window we can usually accommodate. Please Contact Us before purchase for details.

My jewelry did not fit, can I return it?

Of course. While we can offer additional images and details before purchase sometime a piece just does not work out. Please Contact Us to start a return.

My necklace broke, do you offer repairs?

Not a problem! We offer restringing and repair on most of our pieces. We can also adjust the length or make other small modifications on necklace. Contact Us for additional details.
