This is a lovely and very large floral wreath Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl cluster brooch or pendant.

The pearls are 5.25-7.00mm round. They have great luster with pink overtones. 

It is made of solid sterling silver and is quite large. It is stamped "SILVER" and "S" for sterling. Highly detailed hand engraved leaves. It measures 1 7/8 inches long. Has a pendant loop on the back. Japan 1950's-1960's. 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
