This is a a pair of triple Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl screwback earrings.

The pearls are 5.75-6.75mm round, they have very good luster and a white color. They have pink overtones. 

They are made of solid sterling silver and stamped "SILVER". They are set among a single leaf design. Total length is 3/4 inch. From 1950's-1980's Japan.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
