This is a lovely vintage spray style floral Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl brooch with hand engraved leaves.  

The pearls measure between 5.00-5.50mm. They have great luster with bright rosy overtones. 

It is made of solid sterling silver and has high polished detailed with and engraved leaves. It measures 1 5/8 inches long. Stamped "STERLING". From Japan 1950's-1970's.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
