This is a vintage nouveau ribbon Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl and engraved sterling silver brooch.

The pearls are lustrous and measure 4.25-5.00mm. They have rosy pink overtones and are white in color, nice quality. 

It is made of solid sterling silver and has milgrain and hand engraved details. It is not stamped but tested for sterling silver. It measures 1 1/2 inches long. From Japan, 1930's-1960's. 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
