This is a lovely vintage strand of Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.
The pearls range from 5.50-6.00mm and have good luster, rosy pink overtones and very few blemishes.
The clasp is in solid sterling silver with hand engraving and milgrain designs. It also has a single 3.00mm pearl set in the center. It is stamped "SILVER". Total length is 17.50 inch. From Japan 1930's-1960's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
