This is a stunning vintage grape leaf Japanese blue akoya saltwater cultured pearl ring.
The pearl is 7.50mm round and has great luster with rosy overtones and is a light blue/gray color. It has some blemishes that are hidden under the leaf.
It is set in solid sterling silver with hand engraving, stippling and a vine detail surrounding the pearl. It is stamped "STERLING SILVER". US size 5. From Japan 1950's-1960's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
