This is a lovely strand of authentic semi-baroque Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.
The pearls are 6.50-7.00mm and have good luster and a baroque to semi-baroque shape. Nice pink overtones. Quite a few blemishes as is common with baroque pearls.
Clasp is in solid sterling silver with an older filigree design. It is stamped "STERLING" for sterling silver. Total length is 17.50 inch. From the 1940's-1980's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung. Some small areas of wear through the nacre on a few pearls.
