This is a vintage high quality designer strand by Una Pearl. It is made of Japanese saltwater akoya pearls and sterling silver and comes in the original box.
The pearls are graduated and measure 5.50-8.75mm. These are larger than most graduated strands. They are round with great luster and bright rosy pink overtones. Very light amount of natural blemishes.
Clasp is an engraved fishhook design in solid sterling silver. It has a single small white pearl in the center. It is stamped "STERLING" for sterling silver. Comes in the original velvet box. Box is signed "UNA PEARL" "TOKYO KYOTO". Total length is 18 inches. From the 1940's-1960's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
