This is an unusual and detailed Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl two tone flower brooch.
The pearl measures 6.00mm and is highly lustrous with bright pink overtones. It is set into a textured flower design. The leaves are two tone with white paste stones set into the silver part. None are missing.
It is made of solid sterling silver with a thick, bright gold wash. It is stamped "925". It has a safety pin. From mid-century.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
