This is a stunning pair of large modernist Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl screwback earrings.

The pearls are round with fantastic luster and bright rosy pink overtones. They are between 4.50-6.00mm. They are arranged in a large swirling tree branch design.

They are stamped "STERLING". From Japan 1950's-1960's. They measure 1 1/8 in across.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
