This is a high quality engraved mid-century sterling silver & Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl tie bar.

The pearls are 5.00mm round. They have high luster and bright rosy pink overtones.

It is made of solid sterling with finely done hand engraving and milgrain edging. Stamped "STERLING" for sterling silver. Measures 1 17/18 Inch long. Mid century modern, from Japan 1930's-1950's.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
