This is a lovely vintage Japanaese saltwater Akoya cultured pearl and sterling silver ribbon brooch by Tasaki.
The pearls are 5.50-6.75mm round. They have great luster with rosy pink overtones. It is stamped "T" in a clamshell for Tasaki and "S" in a square for sterling silver. From mid-century.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
