This is a unique designer mid-century modern Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl bypass ring by Tasaki.
The pearls are 6.50mm. They have fantastic luster with rosy pink overtones. They are a white/pink color and slightly baroque. They are surrounded by a mid-century spray design.
It is set in solid sterling silver. It is stamped "S" for sterling and "T" in a clamshell for Tasaki. They are a contemporary of Mikimoto and have similar quality. Size is US 8 3/4. From Japan 1950-1960's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
