This is a detailed mid-century swirl pendant featuring graduating Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls. It was converted from a vintage earring.
The pearls measure 4.25-6.25mm and are lustrous with rosy pink overtones. They are good quality. Very few blemishes. They are graduated in size. The are set among hand engraved leaf details.
It is made of solid sterling silver and while not stamped it was tested. Measures 1 1/8 inch including the bail. From the 1950's-1980's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
