This is a lovely pair of vintage Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl screwback earrings by Toyomoto Pearl.
The pearls are from 5.00-5.75mm round. They have great luster with rosy overtones. The smaller pearls are at the top and the larger ones are below a square of cross hatch textured silver. This section is free moving.
They are stamped "A SILVER" on the back for solid sterling silver . Comes in the original red box that is signed "TOYOMOTO". It is in good condition. From the 1950's-1980's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned. One earring has been repaired.
