This is a lovely mid-century Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl braided pendant necklace.
It features a single lustrous Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl. It measures 7.25mm and has rosy pink overtones.
It is set into a braided design. The metal is solid sterling silver stamped "SILVER" for solid sterling silver. Chain is 17 inches and features a apring ring style clasp. From 1950's-1980's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
