This is a lovely mid-century sakura or cherry blossom Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl pendant.
It features nine (9) highly lustrous pearls measuring 4.00-5.50mm. They are fantastic quality and have bright rosy pink overtones.
It is set in solid sterling silver and is stamped "STERLING". Very simple but well made. Total pendant is 1 1/8 inch. Chain is 16.50 inch and stamped "SiLVER" on a detailed hook clasp. From Japan 1950's-1970's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
