This is a stunning strand of authentic vintage floral/cherry blossom (sakura) style Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.
The pearls are ever so slightly graduated and range from 7.00 near the clasp to 7.50mm closer to the center. They have fantastic luster with very few blemishes, even coloring and bright pink overtones. Very classic and high quality strand.
Clasp is in solid sterling and is a cutout cherry blossom motif. It is stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. Total length is 18.50 inches.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
