This is a stunning vintage mid-century floral ribbon Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl brooch.

The pearls measure between 6.50-8.00mm. They have sharp luster with bright rosy pink overtones.

It is made of solid sterling silver and has a unique ribbon design with milgrain and stippling texture. It measures 1 1/2 inches wide. Stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. From Japan 1960's.  

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
