This is a beautiful authentic Mikimoto Pearl Island Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl solitaire pendant.
The pearl measures 7.00mm and has fantastic luster with bright rosy overtones.
It is set in a solid sterling silver design. Stamped "S" in a square which is an older mark for sterling. Total pendant length is 1 inch. From Japan 1950's-1980's. Chain measures 16 inch. From Mikimoto's museum and pearl farm in Toba, Japan.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
