This is a cute retro marcasite necklace set with a single large baroque Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl.
The pearl is 8.50mm round and is a baroque shape. It has great luster and bright rosy overtones. Some wrinkles and blemishes as is common with baroque pearls. It is a cream/yellowish color.
It is made of solid sterling silver and it is set with numerous marcasites, none are missing. It is stamped "925". Total length is 15.50 inch.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
