This is a vintage strand of Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.

The pearls measure 5.50-6.00 mm and have great luster with bright rosy pink overtones. They are semi-baroque.

Clasp is in solid sterling silver with a single pearl in the center. It is mid-century style. It is stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. Total length is 19.50 inch. From Japan 1950s-1980's. Back of clasp could use a professional polish if desired.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
