This is a stunning bright medium blue Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl necklace.
The pearls are 6.00-6.50mm and are round with great luster and light rosy overtones. They are a blue/gray color. Very slightly graduated.
Clasp is a mid-century engraved design with milgrain and a single pearl in the center. It is stamped "SILVER" for sterling. Total length is 18.50 inches. From mid-century Japan.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
