This is a petite floral wreath brooch or pin made with Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearls.

The pearls are 4.75mm and are round. They have great luster with bright  pink overtones. They are a white/cream color.

It is made of solid sterling silver and has a unique swirling design of leaves with milgrain edging. Stamped "STERLING". From Japan 1950-1960's. It measures  7/8 inches long.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
