This is a petite vintage solid yellow gold Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl ring by Sultan or Na Hoku.
The pearl is 6.25mm round. It has great luster and rosy pink overtones. Set in a bypass style. It is set in solid 10K yellow gold and stamped "10K" and "S" in a crown for Sultan. US size 5.50. Very petite ring.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
