This is a stunning high quality nouveau style Japanese blue akoya saltwater cultured pearl ring.
The pearl is 7.00mm round and has great luster with rosy overtones and is a bright blue/gray color. Nice quality.
It is set in solid sterling silver with hand engraving, milgrain edging and a vine detail surrounding the pearl. It is stamped "STERLING" along with a few other stamps including a designer stamp I do not recognize. US size 6 1/2.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
