This is a stunning modernist era Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl brooch or pendant.

The pearl is quite large and measures 8.25mm round. It has mirror like luster with extremely bright rosy overtones.

It is made of solid sterling silver and has a unique design. It is stamped "SILVER". It measures 2 1/4inches long.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
