This is a lovely vintage mid-century sterling silver & Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl tie bar.

The pearl is 5.50mm round. It has great luster with light rosy overtones. 

The setting is made of solid silver and features a minimalist design. Stamped "SILVER 950" which is slightly more pure than sterling silver. It is from mid-Century Japan. Total length is 2 inch. 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
