This is a lovely engraved grape Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl cluster brooch.

It features lustrous pearls measuring from 5.75-6.75mm. The detailed leaves are hand engraved with milgrain edging and swirling vines.

It is set in solid sterling silver and stamped "SILVER". It measures 2 inch total.  From around mid-century. 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
