These are a pair of stunning ribbon motif Mikimoto Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl screwback earrings. 

The pearls are 5.50mm round. They have mirror like luster with extremely bright rosy overtones.

They are made of solid sterling. Stamped "M" in a clamshell for Mikimoto and "S" in a square for silver. Measures 3/4 inch long.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
