This is a stunning hand engraved Mikimoto ginko leaf Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl brooch.

The pearls are 4.50-5.50mm round. They have great luster with light rosy overtones.

It is made of solid sterling silver and has fantastic brushed textured leaves. It is stamped "M" in a clamshell for Mikimoto and "S" in a square for sterling silver. It measures 1 3/8 inches long.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
