This is a wonderful mid-century modern Japanese Akoya saltwater pearl & sterling silver necklace.
The pearls are white in color with lovely rosy overtones, good luster and few blemishes. They are about 6.50-6.75mm and are round.
The clasp is a very large floral design with diamond cut leaves and four set pearls. It is stamped "STERLING". It is about 3/4 inch across and has a safety lock. Total length is 16.25 inch long.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
