This is a lovely art deco engraved Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl & sterling silver band ring.
The pearls are 3.50-4.00mm round. They have good luster with rosy overtones. They are recessed into the band and prong set. They are accented by engraved and milgrain details.
It is set in solid sterling silver and stamped "SILVER". From Japan, 1930's-1960's. It is a size 7.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
