This is a unique pair of designer Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl screwback earrings by Marvel.

The pearls are a cream color with good luster and pink overtones. They measure 5.50mm. 

They are stamped "STERLING" "MARVEL". Total drop is 1 1/4 inch.  The arrowhead shaped drop has hand engraving and a heart design. From the mid-century.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
