This is a stunning authentic Mikimoto Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl maple leaf pendant.
The pearl is 7.50mm round. It has great luster with light pink overtones.
It is done in solid sterling silver. It is stamped "M" in a clamshell for Mikimoto and "S" in a square for sterling silver. Measures 1 3/4 inch at the widest point. It was once a pin but was converted into a pendant. Some light scratching where the pin back used to be.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned. Could use a polish if desired.
