This is a very long and versatile strand of vintage mid-century Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.

The pearls measure 6.00-6.50mm and have good luster, light rosy pink overtones and few blemishes. They can be worn doubled or tripled over.

Clasp is in solid sterling silver and is a cherry blossom design with brushed texture. It also has a single 5.75mm pearl set in the center. It is stamped "SILVER" for sterling silver. Total length is 50 inch. From Japan 1940's-1980's.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
