This is a cute vintage Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl leaf pendant. 

The pearl measures 5.75mm and is a white/cream color with good luster and rosy overtones.

It is set into a leafy design that is gold filled. It is stamped "1/20 14K". Pendant measures 5/8 inch, chain is 17 3/4 inch.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
