This is a stunning strand of authentic vintage Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.
The pearls are 7.50-8.50mm and baroque. They have a soft luster with pink overtones and range in color from blue to gray to pinkish. The coloration is somewhat uneven and they have blemishes which is common for baroque pearls.
Clasp is in solid solid sterling and features cross hatch engraving and a leaf on top. It is stamped "STERLING". Total length is 26 inches.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
