These are a high quality pair of vintage 18K solid yellow gold and Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl earrings.
The pearls measure 5.00mm and are highly lustrous with bright rosy pink overtones. No noticeable blemishes.
They are set into solid 18K yellow gold with butterfly backs. They are stamped "K18" for solid gold. From mid-century Japan.
All pearls are truly vintage and only been lightly cleaned.
Not only are these earrings beautiful on their own they were made to be paired with our Kumihimo Silk tassels. Each tassel is hand-braided in the kumihimo style then the ends are unraveled to create a trendy modern look. Our tassels are easily paired with most stud earrings as they just slip on over the post.
