This is a lovely mid-century modern Japanese saltwater cultured akoya pearl and sterling silver cufflink and tie bar set by Hiroshima Pearl.
They feature highly lustrous pearls with light rosy overtones. They measure 7.25mm and are round with rosy overtones.
They are stamped "SILVER" which is an older Japanese mark for sterling. Lovely contrast between high polished and brushed texture. Original box is made of silk and blue velvet. From Japan, 1950's-1960's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
