This is a cute vintage Japanese blue akoya saltwater cultured pearl heart pendant necklace.
The pearl is large & measures 7.75mm. It is a blue/gray color with great luster and rosy overtones.
It is made of solid sterling silver and has a unique filigree heart design. Pendant measures 1 inch and is stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. It comes with an 18 inch chain with a detailed fishhook clasp also stamped "SILVER". From 1950's-1960's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
