This is a stunning pair of grape Japanese blue and white akoya saltwater cultured pearl screwback earrings.
The pearls have great luster and rosy pink overtones. The color ranges from white to gray to dark bluish gray. They are between 3.75-4.25mm. They are not stamped but test as solid sterling silver. Roughly from 1950's-1960's Japan. Hand engraved leaves with fantastic detail. Total length is 1 inch.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
