This is a stunning pair of grape Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl screwback earrings.
The pearls have great luster and rosy pink overtones. They are between 3.50-4.50mm. They are stamped "SILVER" and "950" which is an older mark for sterling. Roughly from 1950's-1960's Japan. Hand engraved leaves with fantastic detail. Total length is 3/4 inch.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
