This is a leafy vintage vine Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl cluster brooch.

The pearls are 5.50-7.00mm round. They have great luster with rosy pink overtones. 

It is made of solid sterling silver. The leaves have a diamond brushed texture with hand engraved accents. It is stamped "SILVER" for sterling. It measures 2 inches long. From Japan 1950's-1970's. 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
