This is a vintage strand of large Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.
The pearls measure 8.00-8.50mm and have good luster with light rosy pink overtones. They are round and white.
Clasp is in solid sterling silver and is a mid-century design. It is stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. Total length is 18.50 inch. From 1950s-1980's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
