This is a lovely example of a classic Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl necklace.
The pearls are graduated and range from 3.50-7.50mm. They have great luster and rosy pink overtones. Some light blemishes and a few pearls are slightly off round.
Clasp is a filigree design done in solid white gold with a single 4.75mm pearl set in the center. It is stamped "10K". Total length is 20.50 inches. From the 1950's-1960's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
