This is a stunning pair of Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl screwback nouveau climber earrings.
The pearls are 5.00-5.50mm round. They have fantastic luster with bright rosy overtones. They are a white color.
They are set in solid sterling silver. Stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. Total length is 7/8 inch. From Japan 1940's-1950's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
