This is a lovely leafy cluster styled Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl brooch.
The pearls measure 5.50-6.75mm. They have great luster with rosy pink overtones. They are a white color.
It is made of solid sterling silver and has engraved details with milgrain on the edges. It measures 1 3/8inches long. Stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. From Japan 1940's-1960's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
